Aaron Hill is responsible for all aspects of the operations and asset management at Bixby Land Company, as well as the company's leasing and construction management. Hill oversees in-house asset management, property management, dispositions, and directs the firm’s ongoing joint venture relationships. During his tenure with Bixby Land Company, Hill has been instrumental in developing a best-in-class, full service commercial real estate operating platform with respected professionals who bring focused institutional training, discipline and specialized market perspectives.

Hill has a decade of commercial real estate experience and has previously held positions in asset management and finance for The Irvine Company’s office properties division, a portfolio that includes 30 million square feet of office, industrial, R&D/flex and self-storage product located throughout California.
