Vice President, Operations

During his career, Hill has been involved in more than $2 billion of investment transactions and the ground-up development and value-add repositioning of 7 million square feet of office and industrial product. In addition, he has negotiated lease restructures, buyouts and settlements on approximately 5 million square feet of commercial property.

Hill is active in the real estate community as a member of NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group and its National Forum. He has also been named in Real Estate Southern California’s 40 Under 40. Hill graduated from the University of La Verne with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has completed advanced studies in real estate at Harvard University.
