Vice President, Leasing and Marketing

Steve Center is vice president, leasing and marketing for Bixby Land Company. A 20-year real estate industry veteran, he has directed the marketing, leasing and tenant improvement construction of approximately 14 million SF of office, R&D and industrial space.

Prior to joining Bixby Land Company, Center was senior vice president of office leasing at Shea Properties. A member of the executive team, Center was responsible for marketing and leasing Shea’s California portfolio of office, R&D and industrial buildings.

Before joining Shea Properties, Center was regional vice president of leasing in San Diego for Irvine Company Office Properties where he managed the leasing and marketing of The Irvine Company’s 4.6 million-square-foot San Diego office portfolio. He was instrumental in expanding the portfolio by more than 2.2 million square feet and directing nearly $300 million in transaction activity.
